WHAT HAPPEN TO THE TIMES WHEN WE GO TO GRANDMOTHER HOUSE FOR SUNDAY DINNER .FAMILY USE TO SIT DOWN AND TALK ABOUT EVERYTHING .WHAT HAPPEN TO THE TIMES WHEN YOU COULD GO TO YOUR BEST FRIENDS HOUSE AND SPEND THE NIGHT BECAUSE PARENTS KNEW EACH OTHER .I REMEMBER WHEN YOU HAD TO LEAVE OUT THE ROOM WHEN GROWN-UPS WERE TALKING NOW KIDS CURSE, PLAY OBSCENE MUSIC AND VIDEOS ON X- BOX ALL DAY NO RESPECT FOR THERE ELDERS. JUST LOST WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I KNOW WHAT IM DOING TALK IS CHEAP THIS WEB SITE IS WHAT WE NEED BECAUSE FACEBOOK ,TWEETER,MYSPACE ECT........ARE A WASTE OF TIME PEOPLE ACT LIKE LIFE IS ALL ABOUT MUSIC ,FOOTBALL,MTV,THATS ALL... I THANK GOD FOR THOSE OF YOU REACHING OUT TO THE YOUTH AND STRIVING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THEIR LIFE

Permalink Reply by eboniqueen on October 13, 2009 at 8:18am: I know I'm tired, exhausted even, and am guilty too. I have 3 sons and 2 out of the 3 wear thier jeans sagging. One is an offender of epic proportions, lol. He will intentionally wear his pants disgustingly low. We argue over it, we go back and forth over the history of it etc. It's a friggin shame to say the least. The only time he can't wear them sagging is if were together as I have not allowed him in the car if his pants were low while actually with me. I consider myself to be, at the very least somewhat conscious, I teach my kids to be, however, as unfortunate as it is, some influences have a greater hold on our youth than a parent's advice/wisdom. Skinny jean wearing young men, is just bizarre to me. All cultures wear them too, Americans, Asians, Latinos etc. It is universal and it's nasty.
