My name is David LaMont Scott (the author), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, on the 18th day of August 1961. I grew up in East Saint Louis, Illinois with my father and mother Mr. Fred and Lucille Scott (Cannon). I’m the brother of Goldia, Bernice, Roland, Kenneth, Alfred, Fredric, Michael, LaDonald, and Patrick. I am the father of three daughters who I love dearly: Marnesha, Martesh, and Davida. I’m happily married to Andrea Scott in whom I share my life, and I’m a servant of Our Lord called to the Harvest of Lost Souls to reap what Our Lord has sown - 913-944-7324 call me if you need me...

My book “The Psalters Of The Field,” is my book of psalms (a sacred song or poem) that I use to express myself prudently to you the readers (the people in the field of life). Within the contents of this book, you will find a collection of poems and songs - to inspire you, encourage you, uplift you, and rejuvenate you my sisters and brothers in the field of life here on earth. Although some psalms do give homage to God, some simply address issues such as Love, Relationships, Marriage, Social Issues, Happiness, Family, Motivational Encouragement, and etc. I wrote these poems and songs a long time ago to present to you my reflections of life, my foresight of our upcoming situations from the errors we make as a people, and to speak against the political figures that has mislead God’s people. I pray God will enlighten your world leaders with the wisdom and knowledge to bring about a world of serenity and prosperity. A world in which we can stand together for the sake of righteousness and not our own personal philosophies of life – may your leaders stand united for the people to protect them on every shore from tyrants who mean them harm in an agreement as one.
