This last testimony I’ll share is really dear to my heart, Chris and his family contacted me and wanted to look at some homes. He said that other agents would not call him back. I showed them some homes and he return back to Texas. Chris came back to Clarksville and we found a home. Everything was based on him coming back into the service. When his family moved back and started renting the home until we close, he found out that his recruiter back in Texas did not do his job and he was not officially back in the military.“ Houston we have a problem” it took 6 months working with the local recruiter and Chris having to take a local job to make ends meet. But, we were able to get it done. He had to come back into the military a Private vs. a Specialist. About three years later I got a knock on my door at the office and there was Chris now a Staff Sergeant. He said Rich thanks for sticking in there with me. I’m so proud of him.
